A preliminary objection has been raised by Shri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel, this Court may not have a territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present petition, particularly, when the writ petitioner is posted in Hardoi and he seeks transfer to Saharanpur. 3. Confronted with the same, the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition while preferring appropriate proceedings before the Court having jurisdiction. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the writ petitioner to prefer proceedings before the competent court of law having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
