Essentially the relief sought in the present writ petition is for grant of Third Promotion Pay-Scale / Grade Pay of Inspector (Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-) calculating the training period on account of completion of 26 years of service in view of the Government Order dated 26.08.2015, 03.03.2015, 05.11.2014 and 21.07.2011. 3.
