Heard Sri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri Anoop Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Essentially the relief sought in the present writ petition is for grant of Third Promotion Pay-Scale / Grade Pay of Inspector (Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-) calculating the training period on account of completion of 26 years of service in view of the Government Order dated 26.08.2015, 03.03.2015, 05.11.2014 and 21.07.2011. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination at the first instance by Respondent no.3/ Deputy Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Police Headquarter, Signature Bhawan, Gomti Nagar Lucknow. 4.
