The case of the writ petitioners is that they are nine in number who had been appointed as Kanisth Lipik on various dates and they have superannuated also, however, they have not been paid promotional pay scale as per the Government order dated 11.08.1983 and 26.04.2006 from the date juniors have been accorded. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioners needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, District Magistrate, Budaun. 5.
