Heard Sri Sitaram Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents as well as Shri Pranjal Mehrotra, counsel for the respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he is presently posted as pharmacist and holding being a contractual employee and he has been transferred from Primary Health Centre, Sikroul to Primary Health Centre Adampur, Varanasi. However, he could not have transferred in view of the circular dated 18.08.2023 and order passed in Writ-A No. 14333 of 2023 (Shalini Kumari v. State of U.P. and others), decided on 29.08.2023 though the writ petitioner has joined the post and he is working transferred place but his claim for sent to the original place is not being decided. 3.
