At the very outset, Ms. Dipti Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to concern Respondent No.-02/Police Commissioner Of Varanasi to decide the Representation dated 21-01-26, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
