The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioners were transferred from Kannuj to Kanpur Dehat. The writ petitioners came to be relieved on 25.11.2025 and 25.10.2025 and they joined on 03.12.2025 and 01.11.2025, however, the writ petitioners are not being paid the last pay certificate on the pretext that the residential accommodation so allotted by the respondents in Kannauj has not been vacated. As per the writ petitioners, the writ petitioner no. 1 her daughter is studying in Kannauj in Class-VIIth and Class-IInd and writ petitioner no. 2's children are studying in Class-IIIrd.
