Heard Sri Kailash Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioners were transferred from Kannuj to Etawah. The writ petitioners came to be relieved on 16.11.2025 and they joined on 23.11.2025, however, the writ petitioners are not being paid the last pay certificate on the pretext that the residential accommodation so allotted by the respondents in Kannuj has not been vacated. As per the writ petitioners, the writ petitioner no. 1's children are studying in Class XIth and Xth and writ petitioner no. 2's children are studying in Class-XIIth.
