Chief Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the present writ petition may not be maintainable, particularly when petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy of approaching Central Administrative Tribunal in view of the fact that the relief claimed by the writ petitioner is against the postal department and the writ petitioner's services have been put off. 3.
