Heard Sri Kailash Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was transferred from Fatehgarh, District Farrukhabad to Etawah. The writ petitioner came to be relieved on 23.09.2025 and he joined on 30.09.2025, however, the writ petitioner is not being paid the last pay certificate on the pretext that the residential accommodation so allotted by the respondents in Fatehgarh has not been vacated particularly when the daughters of the writ petitioner being Anshika and Anvesh are studying in Fatehgarh, District Farrukhabad in IXth and VIth class. Reliance has been placed upon the circular dated 21.11.2016 as well as the decision in Writ-A No. 19199 (Vijay Bahadur and 2 others Vs. State of U.P. and another) of 2025 decided on 18.12.2025. 3.
