Heard Sri Pawan Kumar Singh (AoR A/P 0446/2015) holding brief of Sri Subhash Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Police Constable on 31.10.2018, however, he was accorded provisional pension, the writ petitioner came to be convicted in a criminal case under Section 223 IPC on 24.08.2021 and on an appeal on 10.09.2024, the appellate court proceeded to allow the same in part while though affirming the conviction under Section 223 IPC but the signatures was modified to the extent and the appellant-writ petitioner was directed to file two bonds each before the District Probation Officer, Chitrakoot to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 5,000/- cost of proceedings is also imposed on each convict under Section 5(b) of the Probation Offenders Act, 1958.
