The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner superannuated from the post of Sub Inspector, however, post retirement, an amount of Rs. 3,29,943/- had been deducted from the gratuity. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the same is unilateral, behind the back of the writ petitioner and there is no departmental proceedings are pending against the writ petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by fourth respondent, Superintendent of Police, Bijnor. 4.
