Heard Sri Dinesh Pathak, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Devendra Narayan, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner has alternative remedy of approaching the Tribunal wherein the writ petitioner happens to be Branch Post Master to seek relief against the postal department. 3. In view of the provisions contained under Section 19(V) of the A.T. Act, 1985 and the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in L. Chandra Kumar Vs. Union of India and others AIR 1997 SC 1125, learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said proposition. 4. Accordingly, the interference is declined and the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the writ petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. (Vikas Budhwar,J.)
