The case of the writ petitioner is that he has been appointed as stenographer, however now the writ petitioner is attached by virtue of the order dated 24.12.2025 in the office of Khand Vikas Adhikari, Parikchitagarh, District Meerut. The writ petitioner claims to have joined the place of attachment, but according to learned counsel for the writ petitioner there is no post of Khand Vikas Adhikari. 3.
