Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order impugned dated 20.1.2026 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Aurai, District Bhadohi (Annexure No. 10 to the writ petition); (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to appoint the petitioner as Seasonal Collection Peon, Tehsil Aurai, District Bhadohi on the vacant post of Seasonal Collection Peon existing so that justice be done; (c) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; (d) Award the costs of the petition to the petitioner, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
