The grievance of the writ petitioners is that they are working since 2013 in the Forest Department as the Class-IV employees but they are not being paid the minimum of the pay scale in terms of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in Saba Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional forest Officer and others passed in Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 2018 decided on 14.11.2018. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be considered by respondent no. 4 at first instance. 4. The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 4 to decide the claim of the petitioners within three months in accordance with law. (Vikas Budhwar,J.)
