The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioners happen to be an Ex-Soldier of Indian Army, who were inducted in the Army on 11.11.2002 and they stood discharged on 30.01.2020 and thereafter they were inducted in Police Department as Constable. They seek pay protection in light of judgment in Writ-A No.10689 of 2024, Sita Ram Sharma and 13 others vs. State of U.P. and others decided on 09.04.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
