Heard Sri Ajeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner namely Mangal Singh (since deceased) was a Veterinary Pharmacist in Veterinary Hospital Sadar, Ballia. On 12.06.2017, when the husband of the writ petitioner was on duty and present in Veterinary Pharmacist room, some anarchist elements committed his murder by firearm and an FIR stood lodged. The writ petitioner being the widow of the deceased claims ex-gratia one time compensation in terms of the Government Order dated 08.12.2008. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner
