A preliminary objection has been raised by Shri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel the present petition may not be maintainable in view of the relief as couched in the present writ petition, particularly, when the writ petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 4 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against respondent nos. 5 and 6. On the pretext that respondent no. 5 is a medical superintendent at Community Health Centre, respondent no. 6 is the staff nurse and the writ petitioner had went to Community Health Centre for delivery of the niece-in-law.
