The case of the writ petitioner is that he was enrolled in the Indian Army as a Soldier on 31.12.2001 and he was discharged from duties on 31.12.2018. Thereafter he pursuant to the Advertisement published for the post of Constable Fireman, he was appointed on 01.09.2021. The writ petitioner earlier preferred Writ-A No.16634 of 2023 for according pay protection relatable to the services undergone in Indian Army. The said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to consider the claim. The claim of the writ petition has been rejected by virtue of the order dated 23.07.2024 passed by the D.I.G. Establishment U.P. Police Head Quarters, Lucknow on the ground that the petitioner was sent for training post Government Order dated 23.12.2020. Learned couns
