Heard Sri Subham Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner superannuated as a Constable in Civil Police on 31.07.2023. The writ petitioner is getting provisional pension on the premise that there are two criminal cases pending against the writ petitioner. Submission is that so far as case crime no. 560 of 2023, under Sections 223 and 224 IPC is concerned, the writ petitioner stands acquitted and with regard to other criminal case being no. 918 of 1988, under Sections 456 and 427 IPC is concerned, chargesheet has not been submitted. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to accord consideration for payment of full pension, gratuity, GPF, leave encashment etc. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the cla
