At the very outset, Sri Munesh Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned refixation order dated 12.01.2026 passed by the respondent no.2 as well as issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to deduct/recover of Rs. 25,000/- per month from his salary in pursuance of the impugned refixation order dated 12.01.2026 in term of excess payment due to wrong fixation of Basic Pay Scale, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
