Heard Sri Mirza Faheem Beg, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioners, who are though currently working as Sub Inspector/ Head Constable, claims benefit of one additional increment on completion of 19 years of service taking into account his initial training period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the judgment of Ghanshyam Tiwari & Ors v. State of U.P. & Ors, Writ - A No. 44330 of 2012 and in the case of Dinesh Kumar Shukla & 14 Ors v. State of U.P. & 6 Ors, Writ - A No. 6429 of 2018, his claim is liable to be considered. He submits that intra court appeal has already been dismissed and law is now settled. 4.
