Heard Sri Sandip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised regarding maintainability of the writ petition at the first instance on the ground that the order dated 05.10.2025 dismissing the writ petitioner is appealable under the provisions contained under Rule 1991. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said fact. 4. Confronted with the said issue, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that there would be a delay in preferring the appeal, the delay be condoned. 5. In the opinion of the Court, in case, an appeal is preferred taking justifiable grounds for condonation of delay then this Court has no reasons to disbelieve that the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 6.
