Heard Sri Saral Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Medical Officer on 18.06.1986 and superannuated on 31.12.2016, but his pension has not been revised. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
