The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she retired as Child Development Planning Officer on 31.12.2016, however, medical bill to the tune of Rs.56,866/- has not been cleared. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
