Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Assistant Accounts Clerk on 01.08.1986 and thereafter he was promoted on the post of Assistant Accounts Clerk on 30.09.2003 and he was superannuated on 30.11.2017 as Assistant Accountant. According to the writ petitioner, an office order came to be passed on 24.03.2023 to the detriment of the writ petitioner whereby the pay scale of the writ petitioner, which was earlier Rs.5000-8000 Grade Pay 4200 was reduced to 4500-7000 Grade Pay 2800. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for modification of the said order. 4. In the opinion of the Court, it is for the writ petitioner to question the said order. 5.
