In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to Respondent no.5. 3. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the father of the petitioner no.1 and the husband of the petitioner no.2 was working as Senior Technical Assistant (Group-B), who expired on 27.11.2024. 4. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner no.1 for compassionate appointment. 5.
