Police Officers of the Subordinate Ranks (Punishment and Appeal Rules, 1999), pending before the Principal Secretary, Home, Home (Police), Anubhag-1, Annexy Bhawan, Government of U.P. at Lucknow against the order dated 02.03.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Azamgarh. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Respondent No.1 to decide the pending departmental revision within a period of two months from today.
