Heard Sri Irfan Ahmad Malik, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she was appointed on the post of Police Constable on 16.12.1984, promoted as Head Constable in the year 2016 she superannuated on 30.04.2022. It is the case of the writ petitioner that pay-fixation has been done to the detriment of the writ petitioner, as the same has been reduced from Rs.60,400/- to Rs.55,200. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that unilaterally order has been passed to the detriment of the writ petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
