Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri S.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Sri Chandan Sharma (AoR No.0012/2012), learned counsel for the District Judgeship. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the District Judgeship that against the orders dated 06.11.2025, 07.01.2026 and 17.09.2025, an appeal would lie under Rule 23(9) of the U.P. State District Courts Service Rules 2013. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said position. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open for the writ petitioner to prefer an appeal under the aforesaid provisions and in case, the appeal is preferred before the authority, this Court has no reason to disbelieve that the same shall be decided expeditiously.
