Sri Sharad Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that though the present writ petition questions the order dated 10.12.2025 cancelling the appointment of the writ petitioner as Aganwadi Karyakatri on the premise that the income certificate stood cancelled and against cancellation of the income certificate , an appeal has been preferred. Thus, the present writ petition has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh post outcome of the appeal. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3.
