Heard Ms. Anura Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The solitary prayer made in the present petition is for disposal of the revision preferred by the writ petitioner before respondent no. 2, Additional Director General of Police, Meerut Zone, Meerut under Rule 23 of the U.P. Police Officers of Subordinate Ranks (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1991. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no. 2, Additional Director General of Police, Meerut Zone, Meerut to decide the revision within a period of two months from today.
