Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (I) issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the petitioner from District Sonbhadra to District Muzaffar Nagar on the post of Community Health Officer under NHM; II- To issue writ or direction commanding the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner pending the representation for transfer to District Muzaffar Nagar from District Sonbhadra within stipulated time frame, in accordance with law; III- To issue a writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present case; IV- To award to the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner. 2.
