The case of the writ petitioner is that he was initially appointed on the post of Forest Guard on 13.11.1983. He stood regularized on 07.09.2001 and superannuated on 30.06.2024, however, he has not been paid pension from the date of his initial appointment. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
