Heard Sri Devashish Mitra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner, late Sheel Kumar Saxena was working as Accountant and he superannuated on 31.08.2014 and thereafter, he succumbed to illness on 07.03.2022. The writ petitioner claims medical reimbursement of an amount of Rs. 11,30,912/-. According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, he is running from post to pillar and the file is being transferred from one place to another but no orders have been passed regarding the reimbursement. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
