The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the juniors to the writ petitioner and similarly situated incumbents had been transferred from P.A.C. to Armed Police, but the claim of the writ petitioner has not been considered. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.4, Inspector General of Police, PAC Headquarter, U.P. Lucknow. 4.
