Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition insofar as it relates to petitioners no. 11, 91, 97, 98, 99, 100 and 101 with liberty to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction. 2. Heard Shri S.B. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State - respondents. 3. The sole prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a direction upon the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners on their respective posts. 4. Learned Senior Advocate submits that the petitioners are discharging their duties on a contractual basis w.e.f. 01.04.2003, but they have not been regularized till date.
