Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner claims to be Lekhpal who stood retired on 31.12.2019, he was suspended on 14.03.2015 and thereafter, he was reinstated on 11.05.2015. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he has been paid the arrears of salary to the tune of Rs. 40,262. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the other hand, submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by third respondent, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jakhaniya, District Ghazipur. 4.
