Heard Sri Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. K. Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was appointed to the post of Village Panchayat Officer on 15.06.1995 and thereafter superannuated on 31.03.2025; however, the writ petitioner has not been paid his post-retiral benefits, including pension, GPF, gratuity, leave encashment, etc. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no. 3, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Mirzapur. 4.
