Though the prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to respondent no.3 to permit the writ petitioners to join on the post of Home Guard but today instructions have been forwarded, according to which the claim of the writ petitioners has been negated by virtue of order dated 02.02.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners wanted to question the same as such he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file afresh. 4.
