Heard Sri Ashwani Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for Respondent no.2. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a Contractual Block Community Process Manager (B.C.P.M.) at Primary Health Centre, Beruarbari, District Ballia. However, according to the writ petitioner, now the order impugned has been passed on 02.02.2026 by the Chief Medical Officer, Ballia followed by consequential order dated 05.02.2026, whereby the writ petitioner has been transferred to Community Health Centre, Sohani, Ballia. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he cannot be transferred, particularly when he holds a contractual engagement.
