Heard Sri Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Constable on 18.06.2006, and thereafter he was promoted as Head Constable. The writ petitioner claims Grade Pay of Rs.4200 towards second Promotional Grade Pay, as per Government Order dated 04.05.2010, 22.12.2011 and 17.03.2012. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
