This petition is directed against order dated 12.02.2024 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad, whereby though the Original Application (O.A.) filed by the petitioner was allowed and petitioner was directed to be reinstated in service, it was ordered that he would not be entitled to any salary from the date of removal till the date of reinstatement.
