Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the petitioner is that her husband, Late Narendra Kumar Pandey, was appointed as a Constable on 24.04.1996 and was subsequently promoted to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (M) in the year 1997 and he expired on 21.11.2013. 3. The petitioner claims extraordinary pension on the ground that her husband was sent to Bahraich for official work and after completion of the official work while returning to District Gonda on a motorcycle, he met with an accident hitted by a tractor and he expired. On the said basis, extraordinary pension is being claimed. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim has been raised after a lapse
