By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners, who have worked during pandemic Covid-19 in the Health Department of district Budaun are claiming benefit of the Government Order dated 27.05.2025 to be re-employed in the event the health workers are being appointed through outsource agencies or otherwise against the vacant positions, may be, on contract basis. 6.
