Sri Suresh Kumar Gupta, holding brief of Sri S.P. Dwivedi, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, inasmuch as the petitioner is seeking relief against the Railways while being posted as a contractual doctor. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal having territorial jurisdiction over the matter, in accordance with law.
