Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is (1) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus to issue an ad-interim direction directing the respondent No.2 to 5 to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Karyakarti at Anganwadi Kendra Dhela Aheer-1 having code no. 9134120608; (II) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to decide the representation 06.10.2025 (Annexure No.8 )with in stipulated period; (III) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case; (IV) Award the costs of the writ petition in favour of the Petitioner, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
