The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Follower (Class IV employee) in the year 1981 and he superannuated on 31.12.2025. However, according to the writ petitioner on 21.03.2013, an order came to be passed by SSP Gautam Budhnagar awarding the major punishment of minimum pay scale for a period of three years under Rule 4(1)(i, iii) of the 1991 Rules. According to the writ petitioner, he is getting a pension of Rs. 12,500/- though he is entitled to be paid pension between Rs. 22,000-23000/- per month. 3.
