This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.08.2025 whereby the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad has dismissed the Original Application (‘OA’) No.1579 of 2015 filed by the petitioner and denied reliefs claimed therein. The OA was filed laying challenge to orders dated 15.10.2015 and 06.11.2015 passed by the respondents, consequence whereof was in terms of recovery/deduction of sums from the salary of the petitioner. 2 WRIA No. - 19802 of 2025 Further relief was claimed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to reimburse her the deducted amount from her salary. 3.
